目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)基因在胰腺癌中的表达,探讨它们与胰腺癌预后的关系。方法用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术检测35例胰腺癌(包括癌旁组织及正常组织)手术标本中VEGF和MMP-9 mRNA的表达。结果MMP-9、VEGF在胰腺癌组织中的表达水平显著高于癌旁组织及正常组织,且其表达水平与胰腺癌的分化程度有关,且在淋巴结转移组与非转移组间其表达水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9、VEGF基因可作为反映胰腺癌侵袭转移、判断预后的生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in pancreatic cancer and their relationship with the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods The expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 mRNA in 35 cases of pancreatic cancer (including paracancerous tissues and normal tissues) were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results The expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in pancreatic cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues and normal tissues, and the expression levels of MMP-9 and VEGF were correlated with the degree of differentiation of pancreatic cancer, and the expression levels of MMP-9 and VEGF The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion MMP-9 and VEGF can be used as biological indicators to reflect the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer and prognosis.
