高职院校是以培养学生的专业技能为主,所以在教学开展的过程中过多的重视学生专业技能的提升,而相对忽略对学生文化知识和思想政治的教育。在“工学结合”的模式下,学生不仅要完成一定的课堂知识的培训,而且还需要在社会中进行一定时间的实践,以便学生能够理论联系实践,更好的服务社会和实现个人价值,但是在这个模式下也需要充分注重学生思想政治的教育教学。本文通过分析“工学结合”模式下高职院校学生的思想政治教育教学的现状,来探讨提升高职院校学生思想政治教育教学质量的策略。
Higher vocational colleges mainly focus on cultivating students’ professional skills, so they pay more attention to the improvement of students’ professional skills during the process of teaching, while they neglect the education of students’ cultural knowledge and ideological and political education. Under the mode of “combination of work and study”, students not only need to complete some training in classroom knowledge, but also need to practice in society for a certain period of time so that students can practice the theory, better serve the society and realize personal values , But in this model also need to give full attention to the students ideological and political education and teaching. This paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching of ideological and political education in vocational colleges under the mode of “combination of work and study” to explore the strategies to improve the teaching quality of the students in vocational colleges.
