目前,应用型人才培养已成为我国高等教育研究和探讨的热点,社会经济发展需要大量高级应用型人才作为人力支撑。财务管理专业作为实践性较强的专业,必须注重教学方法的运用和改革。本文从案例教学对财务管理专业人才培养的意义出发,探讨了实施案例教学应注意的主要问题,并根据本校实际案例教学采纳情况进行了论证。
At present, the training of applied talents has become a hot spot in the research and discussion of higher education in our country. The development of social economy requires a large number of advanced applied talents as human support. As a practical and professional major, the finance management major must pay attention to the application and reform of teaching methods. Based on the significance of case teaching to the training of financial management professionals, this paper discusses the main problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of case teaching and proves it according to the actual case teaching adoption in our university.
