近年来,高职教育在我国得到了快速发展,高职校已成为我国目前高等教育中的重点。要以指导实践,通过实践来加深对理论的理解,培养出真正的复合型人才。高职学院在实践教学过程中,存在着认识上的偏差、设备设施欠缺、双师型师资缺乏、管理不够规范和实训教材匮乏等问题,这在很大程度上影响了实践教学的应有效果。针对这些问题,提出端正思想,强化考核效果、加大监督管理和表彰激励、建立和完善实践教学评价体系等措施,促进实践教学质量的不断提高,为社会培养更多的高技能人才。
In recent years, higher vocational education in our country has been rapid development, high vocational school has become the focus of our country’s higher education. To guide the practice, through practice to deepen the understanding of the theory, cultivate a real compound talent. In practice teaching process, there are some problems such as the deviation of cognition, the lack of equipment and facilities, the lack of dual-qualified teachers, the poor management and standardization of training materials, and so on, which greatly affects the practical teaching effect. To solve these problems, some measures are put forward, such as correcting the thinking, strengthening the examination results, increasing the supervision and management, rewarding and rewarding, establishing and perfecting the practice teaching evaluation system, promoting the continuous improvement of practice teaching and cultivating more highly skilled personnel for the society.
