5月15日,《最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理妨害预防、控制突发传染病疫情等灾害的刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》(以下简称《解释》)正式实施,为惩治妨害预防、控制突发传染病疫情等灾害活动提供了有力的法律依据。 为了进一步惩恶扬善,为全民抗击“非典”营造良好的舆论环境,结合《解释》的实施,本期特报道几个新近发生的违法犯罪案例。
On May 15, the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, on Interpretations on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Disaster, Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situations of Infectious Diseases (hereinafter referred to as “Interpretation”), formally implemented, Prevention and control of epidemic outbreaks of infectious diseases and other disasters provide a strong legal basis. In order to further punish evil and promote good and create a favorable public opinion environment for the entire people to fight “SARS”, in conjunction with the implementation of “interpretation,” this special report covers several recent cases of illegal and criminal activities.
