为探讨生脉注射液体外直接对胃癌细胞增殖作用和调变5-氟脲嘧啶对胃癌细胞增殖抑制作用的影响,采用胃癌原代细胞培养和四唑氮蓝活细胞定量方法,观察和比较生脉注射液、13种常用化疗药物以及生脉注射液联合5-氟脲嘧啶对30株胃癌原代细胞株增殖的影响。结果显示生脉注射液作用于胃癌细胞72小时后,对胃癌原代细胞增殖直接抑制率中位值为33.2%,与5-氟脲嘧啶、丝裂霉素、竹叶乙甙、阿霉素等抑制作用相似(P>0.05)。联合应用生脉注射液后,5-氟脲嘧啶对胃癌原代细胞增殖的抑制率由单剂时42.2%上升至50.1%。结果表明:生脉注射液对胃癌细胞增殖有较好的直接抑制作用,并可增强5-氟脲嘧啶的抗胃癌作用,本文研究结果为临床应用生脉注射液治疗胃癌提供了实验室依据。
In order to investigate the effect of Shengmai injection directly on the proliferation of gastric cancer cells and the effect of 5-fluorouracil on proliferation inhibition of gastric cancer cells, the primary cell culture of gastric cancer and the quantitative method of tetrazolium blue cells were used to observe and compare the effects of Shengmai injection. The effects of pulse injection, 13 commonly used chemotherapy drugs and Shengmai injection combined with 5-fluorouracil on the proliferation of 30 primary gastric cancer cell lines. The results showed that after 72 hours of Shengmai injection on gastric cancer cells, the median inhibition rate of proliferation of primary gastric cancer cells was 33.2%, and it was associated with 5-fluorouracil, mitomycin, bamboo leaves, and Arabidopsis. The inhibitory effects were similar (P>0.05). After combined application of Shengmai Injection, the inhibitory rate of 5-fluorouracil on the proliferation of primary gastric cancer cells increased from 42.2% to 50.1% in a single dose. The results showed that: Shengmai injection has a good direct inhibitory effect on the proliferation of gastric cancer cells, and can enhance the anti-gastric effect of 5-fluorouracil. The results of this study provide a laboratory basis for the clinical application of Shengmai injection in the treatment of gastric cancer.
