长期在计划经济模式下发展的中国航空工业,在过去数十年中,尽管也为中国民航事业的发展做出过巨大贡献,但始终没把民机生产任务视为自身发展的支柱与核心,从而在以商品生产为核心、以企业经营为支柱的今天,航空工业部门的困难表现得越来越突出。与所有国营大型企业一样,中国航空工业作为独立的产业如何面对市场求发展,是我们目前需要认真研究的重大课题
China’s aviation industry, which has developed over a long period of time under the planned economy model, has made tremendous contributions to the development of civil aviation in China in the past few decades. However, it has never regarded the civil aircraft production task as the pillar and core of its own development. As a result, today’s difficulties in the aerospace industry have become more pronounced with commodity production as the core and business operations as the backbone. Like all large-scale state-owned enterprises, how China’s aviation industry faces the market for development as an independent industry is a major issue that we need to seriously study.
