1 接触热节(Junction-Effect of theNeighbourhood) 大多数铸件都是由基本几何形体构成的组合体。而简单形体的交接点形成的质量聚集,会使凝固时间局部延长。在铸件的冒口设计中,通常把这个质量聚集,凝固时间局部延长的交接点称为热节。由几何结构造成的热节习惯上称为几何热节。冒口作为一个简单形体,和铸件相连接,在连接处也会形成新的质量聚集。如果把冒口直接安放在铸件的热节上,例如:冒口安放在平板的中央,杆件的中部,轮形件轮缘和轮辐的交接处等,必然要使原来的几何热节加大。把由于设置冒口,在铸件一冒口接触处形成的热节和使原来的几何热节进一步加大了的热节,称为接触热节。
