目的探究患者高血压产生的原因,提出预防措施,自我护理及其健康教育。方法通过查阅中国期刊数据库相关研究,对其进行归纳、分析、总结、概括。结果老年患者患有高血压症,缺乏高血压相关知识,导致因并发症影响生活质量并死于高血压并发症。结论高血压病应早期预防,早期发现,及时处理。定期开展护理专业知识培训,强化安全意识,从生理和心理的角度开展护理工作,有效杜绝并发症导致死亡的恶习。
