一、前言聚丙烯腈纤维与四氯化锡催化后,碳化得到的碳纤维中含有金属锡,已经用元素分析、X 光分析、电子能谱等手段加以证实。含锡的重量百分数为10%左右。虽然锡在碳纤维中分布情况尚待进一步研究,但从已有的实验结果表明,锡不仅存在于表面,而且分散于碳纤维内部。由于锡在不同温度下,存在三种结晶状态(其力学性质有很大差别)。即灰锡四面体,熔点—13.2℃,白锡四方晶体,熔点161℃,
I. Introduction After polyacrylonitrile fiber and tin tetrachloride are catalyzed, the carbon fiber obtained by carbonization contains metallic tin, which has been confirmed by means of elemental analysis, X-ray analysis and electron spectroscopy. The weight percentage of tin is about 10%. Although the distribution of tin in carbon fiber remains to be further studied, the experimental results show that tin is not only present on the surface but also dispersed inside the carbon fiber.
