一、把中国加入世贸之后的产业管制放松与吸引跨国并购流入的外资结合起来。从这个意义上说,全球跨国并购趋缓为我国扩大利用外资提供了新的拓展机遇。
First, combine the relaxation of industrial regulation after China’s accession to the WTO with the inflow of foreign capital to attract cross-border mergers and acquisitions. In this sense, the slowdown of global cross-border mergers and acquisitions has provided new opportunities for expansion of China’s use of foreign investment.
