目的分析彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺肿瘤的临床价值。方法选取医院收治的疑似甲状腺肿瘤患者60例,均接受超声检查,术后进行病理诊断。对比超声检查和术后病理诊断的诊断结果。结果 60例疑似甲状腺肿瘤患者经彩色多普勒超声诊断出甲状腺良性肿瘤41例,甲状腺恶性肿瘤19例,其中误诊1例,其敏感度、特异度以及准确率分别为95.00%、85.00%、91.67%。甲状腺良性肿瘤中包括甲状腺腺瘤25例、甲状腺囊肿2例、结节性甲状腺肿10例、亚急性甲状腺炎4例。甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的血流信号分布情况显示彩色多普勒超声在恶性肿瘤的检出率高。结论甲状腺肿瘤应用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断具有较高的临床推广价值,能够较好的鉴别诊断甲状腺肿瘤。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors. Methods Totally 60 patients with suspected thyroid tumors admitted to the hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent ultrasound examination and pathological diagnosis was performed. Contrast ultrasound and postoperative pathological diagnosis of the diagnosis. Results Totally 41 cases of benign thyroid tumors and 19 cases of thyroid malignancies were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography in 60 cases of suspected thyroid tumors. One case was misdiagnosed. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 95.00%, 85.00%, 91.67 %. Thyroid benign tumors include 25 cases of thyroid adenoma, thyroid cysts in 2 cases, nodular goiter in 10 cases, 4 cases of subacute thyroiditis. The distribution of blood flow signals in benign and malignant thyroid tumors shows that the detection rate of color Doppler ultrasound in malignant tumors is high. Conclusion The diagnosis of thyroid tumors using color Doppler ultrasound has a high clinical value of diagnosis, and can be a good differential diagnosis of thyroid tumors.
