随着教育部《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》(以下简称《指南》)的颁布,我和教师们共同学习《指南》,在不断深入学习的过程中,我思考着作为一名教学管理干部,如何帮助教师搭建起理论与实践的桥梁,引导教师在日常工作中进一步理解并关注幼儿的学习特点与发展规律,把握住游戏、生活中细微却具有价值的教育细节,在教育中真正践行《指南》精神,更好地促进幼儿的发展。
