国家的政治与经济改革的进程要求经济统计情报作相应的改变,要求从中央计划经济条件下形成的指标、方法转到适合于市场经济所需的原则上来。应该把涉及经济变革进展情况的情报,涉及经营管理主体在新的环境下活动的情报运用到分析和实施向市场经济过渡的纲领上来。
The process of political and economic reform in the country requires the corresponding changes in economic statistics information and calls for the transfer from the indicators and methods formed under the conditions of a centrally planned economy to the principles required for a market economy. Information concerning the progress of economic changes and information concerning the activities of business management entities in the new environment should be applied to the program of analysis and implementation of the transition to a market economy.
