大学英语教学的深刻变革给传统的教学模式及传统教学中的教师角色带来了巨大的冲击和挑战。大学英语教学推行以学生为中心的自主学习模式促使传统教学过程中大学英语教师的角色发生了转变。大学英语教师应承担起学生自主学习的引导者、合作者和研究者等多种角色。学校和教师应积极提供学生发展自主学习能力的条件。
The profound transformation of college English teaching has brought huge impact and challenge to the traditional teaching mode and the role of teacher in traditional teaching. The implementation of a student-centered autonomous learning model in college English teaching has prompted the transformation of the role of college English teachers in traditional teaching. College English teachers should assume the role of leader, collaborator and researcher in self-directed learning. Schools and teachers should actively provide students with the conditions to develop their own learning ability.
