本文报告,美解眠诱发试验对30例非颅内疾患病人的脑电图影响。美解眠150mg+闪光刺激诱发组20例阳性10例,阳性率50％。并有1例在检查中出现癫痫大发作。美解眠100mg诱发10例阳性1例,阳性率10％。说明美解眠诱发试验脑电图在非颅内疾患病人中有较高的阳性率,不具有鉴别癫痫和非癫痫的意义。
This article reports the effects of the US hypnotic inducing test on electroencephalography in 30 patients with non-intracranial disease. US Xie Mian 150mg + flash stimulation induced group of 20 patients were positive in 10 cases, the positive rate of 50%. And one case of epilepsy in the examination occurred. US solution of sleep-induced 100mg 10 cases were positive in 1 case, the positive rate of 10%. Shows that the United States Xie sleep induced EEG in non-intracranial disease patients have a higher positive rate, there is no differential diagnosis of epilepsy and non-epilepsy significance.
