沈阳电力行业所属企业均为国有企业,法定福利部分必须按国家规定遵守、执行,员工法定福利主要包括基本养老保险、医疗保险、工伤保险、失业保险、生育保险、死亡及遗属保险等。企业福利弹性化的内容应当是企业自行给员工提供的福利项目,不包含在法定福利项目之中。
All the enterprises in Shenyang Power Industry are state-owned enterprises. The statutory welfare part must be observed and implemented according to the state regulations. The statutory welfare of employees mainly includes basic endowment insurance, medical insurance, work injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, death and survivors insurance. The content of enterprise welfare should be the welfare items provided by the enterprises themselves to the employees and should not be included in the statutory welfare items.
