高职英语教学质量评价体系是高校教学质量评价体系中的微观体系,高职英语教师是教学活动的实施者,更是教学质量评价体系中的主体。本人认为,高职英语教师作为教学质量评价体系中的主体,有利于高校教学质量评价体系的多元化;有利于客观、公正、实事求是地反映教学信息;有利于及时发现教学中存在的问题,帮助教师改进教学,提高教育教学质量。
The evaluation system of English teaching quality in higher vocational colleges is the micro-system in the evaluation system of teaching quality in colleges and universities.
