目前,广播电视大学正在着手制定九四级学历教育的教学计划,如何使计划更好地适应社会主义市场经济的需要是大家共同关心的问题.随着改革开放的深入发展和市场经济体制的建立,电大学历教育迎来了蓬勃发展的好形势,但是也应看到我们的学历教育中还有许多方面不能完全适应社会的需要.表现在教学计划上,如专业设置、教学管理方式、办学层次和形式等,都还不同程度地受着传统封闭办学模式的影响,内容显得陈旧,形式不够灵活,缺少开放性大学的特色.因此,我们要在认真总结十几年来办学经验的基础上,切实研究过去计划中存在的问题,通过调查和充分的论证,大胆进行改革,使九四级教学计划充分体现电大办学优势和特色,促进我们的学历教育在质量、规模和效益等方面都上一个新台阶,更好地为我国经济和社会发展服务.
