改革开放尤其是进入新世纪以来,江西的公路建设发生了翻天覆地的变化。那飞速构架在山水之间的巨大路网,正是引领江西人民奔小康、加快实现现代化的条条通途。在国家高速公路网规划中,有7条主线、2条联络线经过江西,江西紧紧抓住这一历史机遇,攻坚克难,大干快上,我省的高速公路从无到有,至2008年底,迅速达到了总里程2433公里,跃居全国排名第十一位。
