一、土地证字号,以县(市)为单位,按「土地还家后,致富靠勤劳,大力多生产,前方打胜仗」二十字编排,每字从一号排至一万号。二、填写时先将土地证各栏应填写之内容草成底稿,并详细研究妥当后,再行填写,以免写错。三、填写一律用毛笔正楷,不得潦草,绝对禁用钢笔或铅笔,以免模糊。四、各栏填写方法:(1)县(市)区:系指某某县(市)第几区,如「历城县第一区」。(2)村名:系指自然村,如「杨家村」。(3)户主:系指该户出名当家人。如「张玉田」或「李王氏」。(4)人口:系指全家人口数目。如「五口人」。(5)土地:系指所有耕地共计段亩分厘毫。如:「王青云耕地六段四亩九分二厘三毫。非耕地二段三亩五分一厘七毫」。非耕地系指山场、树林、芦苇、池塘、菓园等地。(6)房产:系指房屋间数及地基面积。如房屋共十个,地基共三段一亩零分五层二毫。(7)座落:系指土地之位置。如「庄东、庄西、庄南、庄北、王山沟、西南山、大桥口等」。如在邻近村者,则应写明邻村村名。
