大环穴状结构化合物是杂多化合物中的一类新型结构.目前发现具有此类结构的化合物共有4个,这类化合物具有抗病毒活性,其中(NH_4)_17Na[NaSb_9W_(21)O_(86)]·14H_2O(代号HPA-23,以下简记为NaSb_9W_(21)).在80年代初曾作为首例抗艾滋病药物应用于临床,虽然后来因一些副作用而使临床使用受到限制,但作为潜在的抗病毒化合物在多酸化合物的药物化学研究史上仍是一个重要的化合物.我们曾对杂多化合物进行了系统的抗艾滋病病毒(HIV-1)活性筛选,发现某些杂多蓝配合物具有较低的细胞毒性及较高的活性.杂多蓝是杂多酸(盐)还原后得到的混合价态配合物,迄今为止,有关Keggin结构杂多蓝合成及性质研究已有一些报道,但关于大环穴状结构杂多化合物杂多蓝的研究还未见文献报道.本文采用控制电位电解法合成了穴状结构阴离子NaSb_9W_(21)O_(86)~(18)的六电子、十电子杂多蓝,并采
