本文从高校出版社的主办人高校角度出发,分析高校对出版社的财务管理现状及存在的问题,对高校如何实施出版社改制财务管理进行初步探讨,提出从国有资本运行过程入手,充分考虑高校对出版社的财务管理的现状及存在的问题,按照“理顺产权关系、规范产权管理”的思路,以制度创新为突破口,对高校现行的财务管理体制进行改革和完善,建立与高校出版社改制相适应的高校出资人财务管理制度。
