成人教育适当引入市场机制开展有偿服务,是需要的。然而,成人教育不能商品化,新区成教部门认为——浦东新区开展的各级各类成人教育中,属于公益性的教育要占一半左右,这是由于新区社会发展局教育处、成人教育办公室大力提倡了举办公益性教育。
Proper introduction of market mechanisms into adult education for paid services is needed. However, adult education can not be commercialized. Former adult education department in Pudong New Area thinks that about 50% of all kinds of adult education at Pudong New Area are benefiting from public welfare. This is due to the vigorous efforts of the Education Bureau and the Adult Education Office of the Social Development Bureau of the New District Advocated the organization of public welfare education.
