主动脉夹层动脉瘤国内报告不多。以往,急性病例生前诊断率仅40％,由于血管造影等技术的开展,目前早期诊断率已达90％以上。我院自1960年8月以来收治本病3例,报告如下,并结合部分文献加以讨论。病例报告例1(住27623),男,18岁,1960年8月30日因“感冒”,翌日中午体温升至40℃,伴发冷、烧、抽搐、神志不清、谵语、呕吐血水转入我院。
