近年来,随着农产品贸易的发展,重大植物疫情随之传入蔓延并造成严重为害。增强沿边的疫情防御能力,抵御重大检疫性有害生物入侵,是保障云南省的农业生产安全、农产品贸易安全的必然选择。根据近年新发现重大植物疫情的传入特点,在沿边地区建设重大植物疫情阻截带,从而达到阻截疫情传入、遏制疫情扩散的战略目标。
In recent years, with the development of trade in agricultural products, epidemics of major plants have subsequently spread and caused serious damage. To strengthen the epidemic prevention capability along the border and to resist the invasion of major quarantine pests is an inevitable choice to ensure the safety of agricultural production and the trade in agricultural products in Yunnan Province. According to the newly discovered major plant epidemic in recent years, the incoming features, the construction of major plant epidemic prevention zones along the border areas, so as to intercept the outbreak of the epidemic, to curb the strategic objectives of the spread of the epidemic.
