故障现象一台配装于长江牌25t吊车上的康明斯NTC-290发动机,系采用PT燃油系统的柴油机。该发动机起动正常,在冷车状态下,运转5~6 min,发动机逐渐熄火;在热车状态下,运转2~3min就逐渐熄火。但是在熄火之前,无论是怠速还是高速运转,加油均正常。故障检查诊断根据故障现象,首先检查油路是否有漏气的地方,燃油滤清器是否堵塞,燃油箱中燃油是否足够或是否有水,以及是否有棉纱之类的东西逐渐堵住燃油箱的出油管口等。上述检查均没有发现问题。然后检查油路控制部分。检查熄火
