一、问题的提出 我厂自八二年以来,每年都有几十万件用于水表的罩子、螺母、接管等的铅黄铜铸件生产任务,年铸件毛坯总量200吨以上。八三年八月采用中频感应炉熔炼后,铜铸件的质量波动很大,特别是G2“螺母外六方面经初冲后,各面不同程度出现针眼状气孔缺陷,严重时成批报废。虽放宽检验标准,八四年度废品率仍达60~75%。为此,我们决定对针孔缺陷严重的G2”螺母进行专题试验。现在,已使针孔缺陷得到控制,保证了生产任务的完成。
