新年来了。这是2005年的开始。而对于中国的出版改革来说,却有远比时间上的开始更重要的意义。众所周知,就在去年年终,中央文化体制改革试点工作进入盘整总结阶段。而按照预定计划,新一轮的文化体制改革将在今年全面铺开。对于中国的出版改革而言,试点工作与其说是一种具体实践,不如说是号角与旗帜的象征。因此,简单的论断试点工作的是非得失,不仅易于失之偏狭,而且也难持衡适中。于是,从相对宏观的角度、以相对简单的指向对我们已然进行、正在进行和继续进行的出版改革作一些反思,也就成为本文的基点。
New Year is coming. This is the beginning of 2005. For China’s publishing reform, however, there is far more significance than the beginning of time. As we all know, just at the end of last year, the pilot work on the reform of the central cultural system was in the consolidation phase. In accordance with the scheduled plan, a new round of cultural reform will be fully rolled out this year. For China’s publishing reform, the pilot work is not so much a concrete practice as a symbol of the horn and the banner. Therefore, a simple conclusion of the work of the pilot is a plus or minus, not only easy to lose favoritism, but also difficult to balance moderate. Thus, from a relatively macroscopic point of view, with relatively simple pointing, we can make some reflections on the publishing reforms that we have already done, are going on and continue, and thus become the starting point of this article.
