目前,众多的研究不仅证实了颗粒物暴露可使心肺疾病发病率和死亡率增加,而且对导致健康危害的生物学机制进行了大量的研究,提出了炎症反应、心脏自主神经功能改变及动脉粥样硬化加速进展等假说。随着颗粒物暴露水平的增加,各种健康风险也随之增大,但尚未有证据提供颗粒物的阈值。本文对近几年国外大气颗粒物心血管毒性效应方面的研究进行综述,以期尽早阐明健康损害的发生机制,制定有效的防治策略,为保护人群健康提供科学依据。

As the level of particulate exposure increases, various health risks increase, but there is no evidence of particulate threshold. This review summarizes the cardiovascular toxic effects of foreign particles in recent years, with a view to elucidating the mechanism of health damage as soon as possible and formulating effective prevention and cure strategies to provide a scientific basis for the protection of population health.
