1.本文报导了337个食物样品中的含氟量,其中包括某些地方性氟病地区所采粮食样品113个。2.在北京市正常市售食物中一般含氟很少,谷类、肉类,鱼类含量系在0.5ppm以下,蔬菜、水果多在0.2ppm以下,茶叶中含氟较高,经常饮茶者由茶叶中摄入的氟量值得注意。3.在河北省某些地方性氟病区所采粮食中含氟量不高,造成氟病的主要原因系由于饮水中含氟过高所致。
1. This article reports the fluoride content of 337 food samples, including 113 food samples collected from certain endemic areas of endemic fluorosis. 2. In Beijing, the amount of fluorine in foods normally available on the market is very low. The content of cereals, meat and fish is less than 0.5ppm, vegetables and fruits are mostly 0.2ppm or less, and the content of fluoride in tea is high. The amount of fluoride ingested by tea is noteworthy. 3. In some endemic areas in Hebei Province, fluoride content in food grains is not high fluoride, the main cause of fluoride is due to drinking water due to high fluoride.
