本文运用福利经济学理论从经济适用房的正外部性的角度,分析了经济适用房市场供应量不足、开发商缺乏动力以及地方政府在推动和鼓励开发经济适用房的政策方面缺乏配套措施的原因。提出中国中低收入者的住房问题只能在政府的各种帮助下通过市场来解决。
This article uses the theory of welfare economics from the perspective of the positive externality of affordable housing and analyzes the reasons for the lack of supporting measures in the supply of affordable housing market, the lack of motivation of developers and the policies of local governments in promoting and encouraging the development of affordable housing . Put forward that housing problems for low and middle income people in China can only be solved through the market with the help of various government agencies.
