目的 :探索血液灌流治疗重型肝炎高胆红素血症 ,特异性吸附剂的筛选及临床研究。方法 :将待筛选的 1 0种树脂分别处理后 ,进行水溶液胆红素吸附性能筛选实验 ,用筛选出性能较好的 5 #、9#两种树脂 ,吸附患者血清胆红素 ,对吸附前、后的检测结果 ,计算出其吸附前、后吸附率及吸附量 ,以及血液相容性实验。结果 :在待筛选的 1 0种不同类型吸附剂中 ,筛选出对胆红素具有较高吸附性能的 PVA- AA吸附剂 ,该吸附剂对水溶液的总胆红素吸附率为 6 8.1 6 % ,直接胆红素吸附率为 5 8% ;对患者血清总胆红素吸附率为 6 8% ,直接胆红素吸附率为 70 % ,且血液相容性良好。结论 :PVA- AA树脂 ,有望用于临床血液灌流治疗重症肝炎高胆红素血症。
Objective: To explore the hemoperfusion treatment of severe hepatitis hyperbilirubinemia, screening of specific adsorbents and clinical research. Methods: After the 10 kinds of resins to be screened were treated respectively, the bilirubin adsorption properties of the aqueous solution were tested. The 5 # and 9 # resins with good properties were screened to adsorb the serum bilirubin. , After the test results, calculate its adsorption before and after the adsorption rate and adsorption capacity, and blood compatibility experiments. Results: Of the 10 different types of adsorbents to be screened, PVA-AA adsorbents with high adsorption capacity for bilirubin were screened. The total bilirubin adsorption rate of the adsorbent to aqueous solution was 6 8.16% , Direct bilirubin adsorption rate of 58%; the patient serum total bilirubin adsorption rate of 68%, direct bilirubin adsorption rate of 70%, and good blood compatibility. Conclusion: PVA-AA resin is expected to be used in clinical hemoperfusion to treat severe hepatitis with hyperbilirubinemia.
