对转 Bt基因棉对卡那霉素不同时期、不同部位、不同浓度的反应及其与棉花抗虫性的关系进行了较系统的研究。结果表明 ,棉花顶部第 2片叶为卡那霉素涂抹的最适宜叶 ,田间卡那霉素涂抹反应与室内抗性生测结果吻合率高 ,且不同时期结果一致。说明棉花田间抗卡那霉素反应能够准确检测转Bt基因抗虫棉 ,可以作为一种快速、简便的田间检测转 Bt基因棉的方法
The transgenic cotton Bt cotton on kanamycin at different times, different parts of different concentrations of the reaction and its relationship with the cotton resistance to a more systematic study. The results showed that the second leaf on the top of cotton was the most suitable leaf for kanamycin smear. The coincidence rate of kanamycin smear reaction on the field with that of indoor antibiotics was high, and the results were consistent at different periods. This shows that cotton field resistant to kanamycin can detect Bt transgenic cotton accurately and can be used as a rapid and simple method for the field detection of transgenic Bt cotton
