作者报道一个罕见病例,存在双唇和腺性唇炎两项异常。患者65岁,男,初诊时检查见上唇双侧的粘膜表面软组织存在一些多余皱褶,上唇收紧时多余组织明显,形成一“丘比特弓”(Cupid’s bow)。下唇肿大外翻,且有一些结节性肿大,其表面具有弥漫性粘膜白色斑点,并有几个扩张的分泌管所形成的圆点。检查时可挤出粘稠的粘液样分泌物。患者提出其下唇偶尔出现疼痛,挤压已发炎的分泌管出现清亮液体。下唇弹性差且有瘢痕形成。诊断双唇和腺性唇炎。建议患者手术治疗双唇病变。尽管告知病人腺性唇炎有并发鳞状细胞癌的高度危险,但病人并不太介意
The authors report a rare case of two abnormalities of the lips and glandular cheilitis. The patient was 65 years old. During the first visit, her superficial mucosal soft tissues showed some superfluous folds when examining the newly diagnosed upper lip. When the upper lip was tightened, excess tissue was clearly formed, forming a “Cupid's bow”. Lower lip swollen valgus, and some nodular swelling, the surface diffuse mucosal white spots, and there are several expansion of the secretion of the formation of dots.
