近几年来,社会主义的本质问题,成了理论界的一个热门话题。普遍流行的观点是,社会主义的本质,就是发展生产力。以此为基础,在社会实际生活中,形成了一种经济发展就是一切的社会意识,由此演绎开来,衡量社会生产进步就是生产力这一尺度。我认为,把发展生产力视为社会主义本质的根本点,不仅在理论上抹煞了社会主义与其它社会形态的本质区别,而且在实践中会带来一系列严重的社会问题。这应当引起我们重视。 一、评价社会进步的合理尺度 社会主义的本质,就是社会主义社会基本要素的
