当前,我国社会变迁正处于转型的关键时期,国企改革也已进入攻坚阶段。此时,国有企业职工思想状态如何? 1.关心中充满担心。当前职工普遍对企业生产经营表现出前所未有的关心,同时,又对企业的困难状况及发展前途感到担心。突出体现在:职工目前对微观形势的关注远远超过对宏观形势的关注,对自身利益的关注远远超过对非利益问题的关注。在1993年、1995年的武钢几项大型调查中,职工较为关注的是“计划经济与市场经济谁是谁非”等宏观理论问题,或是“如何看涨价”等全国性利益问题,而今上述之类的问题在相当一部分职工的视野中被“漠视”,下岗分流、机构改革、房改、医改等一个个迫在眉睫的现实难题已逼迫职工无暇他顾。在武钢近来的多次调查中,职工对本企业形势及问题的关切度大为提升,关注的焦点集中在企业生产
