先天性心脏病(简称先心病)并发脑脓肿,早在1814年,Farre首先报道一例为法乐氏四联症的男孩,因并发脑脓肿而死亡。1880年Ballet强调先心病与脑脓肿关系密切。至1956年Newton对自己的7例,再加上收集的72例,共79例做了分析。国内仅见朱祯卿等,刘道宽等,共报道15例。现将我院一例报告如下: 王某,男,18岁,因头晕、头痛、呕吐半月余入院。半月前听课时突然晕倒,呼之不应,约一分钟醒后自诉头晕、头痛、恶心。右颡及后枕部约3×4cm直径的头皮下血肿,随后呕吐,为胃内容物,以后头痛仍不断加剧,以夜间为著。呕吐频繁,进食即吐。既往患先心病。
