利用等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PCVD)法对低硅钢进行了SiCl_4、SiH_4涂层处理,再经高温扩散后制得了高硅钢,使其磁性能大为改善,铁损P15/50,降低约45.1%,磁感应强度提高4.5%左右。
The SiCl 4 and SiH 4 coatings were deposited on the low-silicon steel by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PCVD) method. After high temperature diffusion, the high-silicon steel was obtained and its magnetic properties were greatly improved. The iron loss P15 / 50 was reduced by about 45.1 %, Magnetic induction increased by about 4.5%.
