教育管理如何走向教育治理、校长管理如何走向校长治理,这些问题都应引起学校校长与教师的高度关注、深入研究与思考。本文提出,构建学校内部治理体系,应结合职业学校所在地经济发展和中职学校办学实际要求,有效解决学校发展中遇到的困境与问题,只有这样才能进一步推动学校的健康发展。
How education management goes towards education governance and how to manage the principal as a principal should all be taken into consideration by school principals and teachers. This paper proposes that the construction of internal governance system in schools should be based on the economic development of vocational schools and the practical requirements of running secondary schools so as to effectively solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the development of schools. Only in this way can the healthy development of schools be further promoted.
