第一章 总则 第一条 云南省热带作物学会(The Tropical Crops Society of Yunnan,简称TCSY),根据中华人民共和国民政部《社团章程示范文本》制定本章程。 第二条 云南省热带作物学会是依法登记的、由从事热带作物科研、教育、生产经营的企事业单位、依法成立的有关学术性社会团体、个人自愿组成的全省性具有独立社团法人资格的群众性学术团体。属非营利性社会组织。
