初中化学课堂教学活动究竟是就高不就低还是就低不就高一直让教学工作者感到头疼,如何解决课堂教学活动中后进生“冷眼旁观”这一局面是当前初中化学课程教研改革需要重点研究的课题。为进一步促进初中化学教学质量的提升,教师必须多元教学方式,激发学生学习兴趣;采用小组合作教学模式,实行组内帮扶制度;善用激励性评价,建立学生化学学习的信心。
