今年五月卫生部召开的全国结核病防治工作会议以及卫生部发布的《结核病防治工作暂行条例》从行政上解决了结核病防治工作的组织机构问题,这将大大地促进全国,特别是广大农村,结核病防治工作的全面发展。这是有重要意义的。在这样的好形势下,仅就如何更有实效地在农村实施防治措施,结合北京近几年的实践,略述管见,清予指正。
