生殖器单纯性疱疹感染导致急性尿潴留并非不常见。其病因常被认为系小便灼痛不敢解尿所引起的尿潴留。然而腰骶区疱疹炎症病变波及神经根才是这些病例尿潴留的最常见原因。作者提供1例病例报告。患者女性,32岁。患有典型的疱疹性外阴炎,疱疹分布于两侧阴唇、阴道及子宫颈。尿道口感染外观较为明显。逐渐出现尿潴留,入院时于脐水平扪及膀胱。导尿1,600ml,骶神经2、3分布区域皮肤感觉
