水制冷系统作为一种新型的制冷系统 ,具有三大优点 :1 使用天然制冷剂 ;2 制冷与蓄冰可以实现有机的结合 ;3 可以提供用于输送的二元冰晶。本文对水制冷系统的关键部件之一———闪蒸器内的冰晶形成过程进行了理论分析 ,建立了数学模型 ,在无因次分析的基础上做了简化并进行了数值求解 ,分析了初始速度、闪蒸器内蒸气压、水滴尺寸等因素对结冰率的影响。为了提高水滴的结冰率 ,减小水滴颗粒尺寸是较为有效的方法。
Water cooling system as a new type of refrigeration system has three advantages: 1 the use of natural refrigerants; 2 refrigeration and ice storage can be organic; 3 can provide for the delivery of binary ice crystals. In this paper, one of the key components of the water cooling system is analyzed theoretically, and the mathematical model is established. On the basis of non-dimensional analysis, it is simplified and numerically solved. The initial Speed, vapor pressure in the flash evaporator, water droplet size and other factors on the icing rate. In order to improve the icing rate of water droplets, reducing the water droplet particle size is a more effective method.
