液压卡盘是钻机中最关键的部件,其工作条件较恶劣。它必须承受最大的轴向载荷,加压或强力起拔。同时还要承受最大的迴转力矩。而且动作必须灵活,卡瓦松卡次数频繁。钻进一个300米深的孔,卡盘就需要经历大约1000次的松卡动作,若用于升降钻具则还要增加10倍以上的松卡次数。卡盘工作不可靠,影响钻进效率。因此,我们必须在卡盘结构,卡瓦型式以及材质等方面进行深入的分析研究。
The hydraulic chuck is the most critical part of the drilling rig and its working conditions are harsh. It must withstand the maximum axial load, pressurization or strong lifting. At the same time, it must also withstand the maximum rotational torque. And the action must be flexible, and the number of kavason cards is frequent. Drilling into a 300-meter-deep hole requires the chuck to undergo about 1000 loose-kick operations, and if it is used to raise or lower the drilling tool, it must increase the number of loose-cards by more than 10 times. Chuck work is not reliable, affecting drilling efficiency. Therefore, we must carry out in-depth analysis of the chuck structure, kava type, and material.
