通过在板坯和热卷上取样,分析超低碳无取向电工钢成分分布,发现开浇2m长度的板坯成分异常,距板坯表面1/4处元素含量偏析最小,提出了浇注中成分控制措施。
Through sampling on the slab and hot coil, the composition distribution of the ultra-low carbon non-oriented electrical steel was analyzed. It was found that the slab composition of casting 2m length was abnormal and segregation of elemental content was the least from 1/4 slab surface. Control measures.
