北京市人才服务中心成立于1984年6月,其前身为北京市人才交流服务中心。1993年9月,经上级批准,扩建为北京市人才服务中心,成为具有人才交流、开发、评价、保障、贮备等综合功能的社会化服务机构。北京市人才服务中心成立以来,一直把为单位招聘人才和为个人求职择业作为基本业务。目前,该中心下设17个业务部门,一个分中心,有员工307人。2001年9月,该中心自筹资金建设的北京第一座多功能、智能化、设施先进的人才服务大厦在这里拔地而起,它标志着北京市人才服务事业上了一个新台阶,有了与时俱进的全新演绎。
Beijing Talent Service Center was established in June 1984, its predecessor was Beijing Talent Exchange Service Center. In September 1993, with the approval of the higher authorities, it was expanded to become a Beijing Talent Service Center and became a socialized service agency with comprehensive functions of personnel exchange, development, evaluation, guarantee and reserve.
