Finance is an important guarantee for a country’s industrial upgrading and economic development. In our country, the development of finance is the core of the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure. The optimization of industrial structure requires the integration of industrial policies and capital allocation. The development of finance has a far-reaching impact on a country’s industrial restructuring. Starting with the perspective of financial development and innovation, the paper elaborates on the supporting role of financial development in order to promote a good combination of industrial policies and financial and fiscal policies in our country so as to meet the requirements of economic development at the present stage in our country and enhance the overall benefits of social and economic development .
