通过我们20多年的林业最基层的工作实践,初步掌握了本地区农防林胁地特性,基本摸清并科学总结出了本地区农防林胁地十大发生规律,创造性地根据其规律和特性,因害设防,对症下药,分门别类地提出了在实践中行之有效的六个方面防治对策,从而破解了我国林业生态建设中农防林胁地这一老大难问题,达到了积极遏制林带胁地后果和有效促进农业增产、农村增收、农民增效之效果。
